good location but noisy neighbors
The central location was perfect for our touring plans in Chicago and Highland. The roll-in shower in our suite was spacious and made our stay comfortable.
Unfortunately the noise from the neighboring rooms disturbed our sleep.

The room was clean and fairly comfortable. The beds slept amazing, providing good rest after a long day. The location is excellent, right off the interstate. The price point was attractive and the breakfast attendant was incredibly kind, offering to change the TV to English for my daughter when she noticed the programming. However, check-in could have been warmer. the clerk didn’t greet us. The suite felt a bit smaller than expected for a family, having just one TV made it challenging with multiple teens. The bathroom needed some repairs and the floor felt almost sticky. One roll of toilet paper was moldy, which was off-putting, and the bathroom exhaust fan activated with motion, waking others in the room. Overall, a mixed experience but with some standout positives.

Convenient Stop for Families with Room for Improvement
Our stay was a mixed bag. The location off the interstate is convenient for road travelers. The room had potential with comfy beds, but cleanliness was a concern. Make sure to check on the breakfast availability, as it might be out during your stay. Consider dining elsewhere nearby for better options.

would like to stay longer
The location is super convenient, right off the interstate. Our Queen Suite was clean, with comfy beds. The room had a microwave, fridge, and a nice private bathroom. Loved the indoor pool and fitness center! The breakfast lady was really sweet and helped change the TV language for us too.

Staying here with my family and three dogs was lovely! The breakfast was a highlight, with a friendly attendant who kept everything stocked and fresh. The rooms were spacious and accommodating, which is perfect for a big group like ours.
My kids wished the pool was operational. it would have been a blast for them. Additionally, the room could use a little more detail in cleaning up those tight corners.

The Queen Suite was comfy with clean beds and towels. Location was great for quick access. The breakfast setup was lacking, especially no meat options. The room felt a bit dated but overall clean. A little worried about safety, the window was too low to the ground.

The room was clean and very comfortable, with amazing beds that ensured a great night's sleep. Adequate towels and washcloths were provided, adding to the overall convenience. However, the hotel felt a bit outdated, and some areas needed maintenance. The breakfast area was unexpectedly without electricity, which was disappointing during my stay.
